Job summary

Constellation Health Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, reinforce targeted behaviors, and support families in applying strategies across home, clinic, and school settings.

You will document progress, communicate with caregivers, and help transitions between service levels while maintaining child safety and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university or college.
• Associate’s degree (60 college credits) minimum with two years of direct relevant experience.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.

Job Description SummaryThe Registered Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Clients include children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, clinic, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs and assist with parent training. The RBT works under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.The principles of behavior analysis are to treat patients who have difficulties with socially significant behaviors.
