Strive ABA Therapy in Brockton, MA seeks Behavior Technician (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with ASD under supervision.

We are seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:
