Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Boston is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, BCBA supervision, and the chance to help families progress. Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant experience, hold a valid driver's license, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services to clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical demands may include sitting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We are seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
