Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance estimating or commercial bidding a plus
• Strong skills in communication, conflict resolutions, and motivation
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
• Have a valid drivers license
• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check
