Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers seeks a Site Coordinator to manage after-school program logistics on-site at Moreno Valley. You will liaise with parents, school staff, and community members to keep the program running safely and smoothly.

You’ll supervise coordinators and club leaders, aligning daily schedules with approved enrichment activities and budgets. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with 40 hours/week and shifts vary by location, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Energetic and positive in a busy after-school setting.
Proactive in coordinating staff and activities.
Strong communication with parents and school staff.
Ability to follow safety procedures and WR policies.

Responsibilities

Ensure students are in a safe environment physically and emotionally.
Lead the on-site team to deliver high-quality programs and customer service.
Coordinate end-of-week themes, field trips, and enrichment activities.
Manage staff schedules, timesheets, and coverage as needed.
Maintain daily attendance records and ensure activities match age/ability levels.
Attend required trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
