Job summary

Oberlin College seeks an Associate Director of Regional and Young Alumni Engagement to lead regional alumni activities, student-to-alumni transitions, and initiatives engaging young alumni. This is a full-time, continuing 12-month Administrative & Professional Staff position reporting to the Director of Reunions and Regional Activities.

The role collaborates with the Alumni Engagement team to strengthen Oberlin's connections and support philanthropy through volunteerism and outreach across key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 2-5 years of experience in alumni engagement, volunteer management, event planning, higher education, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from inception through execution.
• Excellent guest and stakeholder service with the College’s priorities.
• Superior interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to permit events and weekend hours; ability to travel nationally.
