Job summary

OHSU Foundation seeks an Associate Director of Alumni Engagement to lead initiatives and events that drive experiential engagement. You will oversee volunteer resources to sustain regional and affinity alumni chapters and partner to maximize Alumni Weekend attendance.

You'll support execution of key alumni and student events, coordinate with teams on communications, and collaborate with Development on outreach efforts; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Experience with project coordination.
• Event fundraising experience preferred.
• Foundation, healthcare, or university experience preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and affinity engagement, growing chapters and stewarding volunteers.
• Support volunteer chapter leadership with regular communication and goals.
• Plan 3–4 regional events annually and manage each chapter's budget.
• Coordinate event emails and chapter newsletters with alumni teams.
• Collaborate with Development to plan alumni dinner series and Alumni Weekend logistics.
