Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a human services or business-related field required or experience directly related to workforce services.
• 1+ years of related experience or internship; two years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend trainings and professional development as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce business plans and assess local employment needs.
• Facilitate job fairs and on-the-job training opportunities.
• Coordinate Rapid Response activities and other customer services.
• Respond to business needs and oversee the implementation of business service plans.
• Develop sector/industry partnerships within TENCO region.
• Review and analyze labor market information and demographics affecting local area.
• Provide information on incentives, tax credits, bonding, and workforce programs.
• Plan and facilitate workshops for business communities and partner agencies.
