• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, education or related field.
• One year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• 30% - Career Placement and Job Search Support: Develops and organizes graduate and student placement resources; updates job postings; counsels and trains students on job-search strategies and career development practices.
• 25% - Career Readiness Programs and Training: Provides support to instructors and students; develops workshop materials; implements career services activities and tracks program outcomes.
• 20% - Employer and Community Partnership: Works with employers to create opportunities; reviews labor market information; analyzes trends to identify opportunities.
• 15% - Research, Program Development, and Communication: Produces documents and presentations; coordinates program portions; researches trends and recommends improvements.
• 10% - Leadership and Supervision: May supervise staff; participates in hiring and other activities.

Education
