Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years may substitute for degree.
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development or public administration.
• Three years of supervisory/managerial leadership experience.
• Experience with fiscal and project management.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior-level leadership and operational oversight for PPWFC programs and services.
• Directs operations through managers and staff, establishes expectations, and evaluates performance.
• Oversees compliance with WIOA, Wagner-Peyser, and grant requirements.
• Develops and evaluates policies to improve organizational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Maintains partnerships with businesses, schools, government agencies, and community orgs.
• Represents PPWFC in meetings, boards, and community forums.
• Ensures timely reporting and programmatic monitoring across funding sources.
