Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with coursework related to child welfare.
• One year of professional, internship, or volunteer work in a human services setting.
• BSW/MSW internship may substitute for required experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interviews clients, develops treatment plans, initiates home studies, and provides intensive casework.
• Investigates child abuse allegations and assesses imminent danger.
• Monitors progress, makes referrals, and ensures timely service delivery.
• Provides crisis management and coordinates support services for clients.
