Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is a growth-stage insurtech-driven MGA and wholesale broker blending insurance and technology to drive exponential growth. The Regional Manager – Workers’ Compensation Underwriting leads a regional team, shaping underwriting strategy, pricing, and agency engagement across multi-state workers’ comp programs.

This role collaborates with claims, actuarial, product, and operations to scale profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workers’ Compensation underwriting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI and state bureau regulations, and experience in pricing discipline.
• Proven ability to lead underwriting teams, manage territories, and develop agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Workers’ Compensation underwriting operations to achieve profitable growth and retention.
• Oversee underwriting strategy, portfolio management, pricing discipline, and risk selection in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute regional business plans in partnership with leadership and distribution teams.
• Mentor and develop underwriting talent, serving as senior referral authority for complex accounts.
• Foster relationships with retail agents, wholesale brokers, and program administrators.
