Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Regional Manager – Workers’ Compensation Underwriting to drive profitable growth and lead underwriting operations across a regional scope. You will oversee portfolio management, pricing discipline, and agency development while collaborating with claims, actuarial, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workers’ Compensation underwriting experience with leadership.
• Experience managing underwriting teams or regional operations.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI/state bureau regulations and loss drivers.
• Proven track record in profitable WC books of business.
• Ability to analyze underwriting data to support decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional WC underwriting operations to achieve growth and retention.
• Oversee underwriting strategy, portfolio management, pricing discipline and risk selection.
• Drive new business while maintaining renewal profitability.
• Analyze exposures including payroll, class codes, and loss runs.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations and bureau requirements.
• Develop regional business plans with leadership and distribution teams.
• Mentor and develop underwriting talent and handle complex accounts.
• Travel regionally for agency meetings, reviews, and events.
• Collaborate across claims, actuarial, finance, product and operations.
• Monitor results and identify growth opportunities.
