Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Regional Manager – Workers’ Compensation Underwriting to drive profitable growth and leadership within the assigned region in the United States. You will oversee underwriting operations, portfolio management, broker relationships, and team development to optimize pricing, risk selection, and execution.

The role requires deep Workers’ Compensation underwriting expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of scaling profitable books.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workers’ Compensation underwriting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI/state bureau regulations and experience modification analysis.
• Excellent broker/agency relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Workers’ Compensation underwriting operations to achieve profitable growth and retention.
• Oversee underwriting strategy, portfolio management, pricing discipline, and risk selection.
• Develop and execute regional business plans in partnership with leadership and distribution teams.
• Mentor and develop underwriting talent through coaching and performance management.
