• Willingness to work nights and weekends to support sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME of local/regional regulations and company WHS policy.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with WHS policies.
• Measure regional performance against WHS requirements and fix deficiencies.
• Ensure WHS data integrity and provide accurate reporting and metrics.
• Deliver projects on time and influence safety improvements.
• Analyze WHS metrics and incident trends to allocate resources.
• Audit recordkeeping and Global WHS Database entries for compliance.
• Manage and mentor FC WHS Manager and WHS Associates.
• Lead Kaizens with Operations to reduce injury risk.
• Train site leadership and Associates on WHS responsibilities and training effectiveness.
