Citi seeks a Wealth Group Executive to lead a regional team of professionals and deliver strategic objectives across CPWM. You will manage senior stakeholders, ensure governance, and drive growth in a demanding market.

The role requires strong leadership, deep financial services knowledge, and compliance with FINRA rules. Expect collaboration with senior management and cross‑line partners to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• US FINRA Registration: SIE; Series 7; Series 63 + Series 65 (or Series 66); Series 9 + Series 10 (or Series 24, Series 4, and Series 53)
• Group 1 - Life and Variable Annuity License
• Must meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate strategy on a regional level.
• Lead CPWM Investment business growth and regional supervision.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities for RSMs and FAs.
• Oversee referral and cross‑line collaboration with CBNA counterparts.
• Drive profitability, market growth, and regulatory adherence.
• Represent Citi at industry events and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
