U.S. Bank is seeking a senior Wealth Management professional to grow our Affluent Wealth Management Strategy by partnering with Market Leaders, Wealth Management Teams and Financial Advisors.

The role drives advisory process improvements, financial planning delivery, and business development through internal partnerships and client-focused initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years or more of job related experience.
• FINRA 7, 65/66 and insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to growth of the Affluent Wealth Management Strategy by working with Market Leaders and Wealth Management Teams.
• Educates and coaches teams on advisory processes, prospecting, financial planning, and best practices.
• Identifies sales opportunities and supports client events and presentations.
• Collaborates with bank partners to develop business and educate on Wealth Management benefits.
• Travels significantly as part of the role.
