Qualifications

• Strong leadership and client advisory experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, or institutions.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management, portfolio construction, and asset allocation.
• Expertise in advanced tax planning, trust and estate strategies, and liquidity events.
• Proven business development and regional growth capabilities in an RIA/private bank setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to explain complex strategies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand client relationships and business development within a defined region.
• Oversee regional growth strategy and manage key client accounts.
• Coordinate delivery of comprehensive wealth management, tax, estate, liquidity, and philanthropy planning.
• Mentor team members and maintain high compliance standards.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and regional networking events.
