Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead training initiatives for water and wastewater pump services across North America. You will develop content, deliver sessions, and collaborate with distributors, customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and knowledge transfer.

The role emphasizes a strong customer focus, technical leadership, and the ability to travel up to 70% to support field activities and training events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical service or training role.
• Comprehensive understanding of pumps, motors, VFDs, and pumping system design.
• Proven experience developing and delivering technical training programs in wastewater.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver innovative training programs for water and wastewater pump service.
• Create training materials: webinars, presentations, videos, online resources.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for distributors, customers and staff.
• Assess training needs and continuously improve programs for relevance and effectiveness.
• Collect feedback and measure impact to drive improvements.
• Perform treatment application and system audits as needed.
