Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is a leading specialty distributor focusing on water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products. This exempt-level Regional Sales Manager role carries direct territory responsibilities, targeting distributors within the territory.

Competenze

Minimum five years outside sales experience in water distribution or related field.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
Able to travel ~50% of schedule (3–4 days/week, one office day).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to lift over 40 lbs during demonstrations.

Mansioni

Call on end product users to promote product lines and develop favorable specifications.
Provide complete service to distributor network: quotations, training, technical support, warranty and delivery issues.
Conduct product training for end users and distributors to promote advantages of products.
Establish sales goals and objectives to meet budget.
Identify bid opportunities and provide full project information including price strategy.
Provide after-sales service and warranty support.
Participate in trade organizations to promote products.
Provide monthly sales forecasts and market overview.
