Job summary

Veolia seeks a Regional Training and Operations Technician to cover multiple wastewater facilities across the region. You will train local technicians, develop training materials, and ensure compliant operations while supporting new account startups. Expect significant travel and flexible scheduling to meet site needs.

You will operate pumps and valves, collect samples, and maintain records to support regulatory compliance and performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment operations preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coverage across region during vacations and absences.
• Train and develop local technicians through hands-on visits and materials.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices at Veolia facilities.
• Support new account startups and troubleshoot process issues with local staff.
• Operates pumps, motors, and valves to regulate wastewater flow and tests samples.
