Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school or CWEA cert preferred.
• Two (2) years journey-level mechanical experience in hydraulics or wastewater equipment.
• Ability to operate and read mechanical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, gearboxes, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wastewater plant machinery.
• Interpret manuals, specifications, and drawings to support maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and use CMMS to track tasks and parts.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and participate in safety training.
• Attend required training to stay current on equipment and industry trends.
