Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Two years of increasingly responsible maintenance experience for Maintenance Worker II.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled construction, repair and maintenance work related to wastewater collection systems.
• Read and interpret work orders, maps, schematics, and specifications.
• Inspect and determine problems and needed materials for repair.
• Respond to emergencies during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate equipment including mowers, backhoes, trucks, and related tools.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and the public.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
