Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of hauling, transfer, and disposal operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (DOT, OSHA).
• Experience leading multi-site operations and managing budgets/P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district performance across safety, service, cost, productivity, and compliance.
• Lead and develop managers and ensure execution of company standards.
• Manage district budgets, forecasting, and capital planning, including P&L oversight.
• Drive district growth including organic growth and M&A opportunities.
• Partner with regional leaders to align strategy with objectives.
