Job summary

Meta seeks a Regional Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse and logistics operations across a defined region in support of Meta's hardware supply chain.

You will drive operational strategy for regional warehouse networks, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and fulfillment of hardware assets — including data center equipment, consumer devices, and facility materials — that power Meta's products and platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse operations or logistics within a large-scale tech environment.
• Experience managing multi-site regional networks and vendor partners.
• Track record of driving operational strategy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional warehouse operations strategy across multiple sites.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with procurement, facilities, and transportation.
• Define KPIs for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and throughput.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable interventions to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, warehouse operators, and freight partners.
• Develop risk mitigation for supply chain disruptions and surges.
• Coach teams on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Communicate performance and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluate WMS, automation tools, and process improvements to boost throughput.
• Align regional roadmaps with broader supply chain and infrastructure goals.
