Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Regional Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse and logistics operations across a defined geographic region in support of Meta's global infrastructure and hardware supply chain.

You will drive operational strategy for regional warehouse networks, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and fulfillment of hardware assets—data center equipment, consumer devices, and facility materials—that power Meta's products and platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse operations, logistics management, or supply chain operations in large-scale tech environments.
• 10+ years managing regional or multi-site warehouse networks, vendor management, capacity planning, inventory control.
• Experience driving operational strategy across cross-functional teams (procurement, transportation, facilities).
• Experience defining and tracking metrics like inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, and distribution cycle times.
• Experience identifying process gaps and implementing scalable improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Experience with responsible, ethical AI practices and risk assessments.
• Experience scaling warehouse operations, including automated environments.
• Experience leading warehouse managers across multiple sites/regions.
• Experience resilience planning for regional logistics networks.
