Job summary

Curbell is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to guide warehouse management across multiple sites and drive regional initiatives. The role involves planning, execution of operations, and leading process improvements to ensure sustained performance and service levels.

Travel to branch locations is required to implement and optimize programs. The candidate will also coach managers, manage change initiatives, and partner with other departments to enhance overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year: Leadership across multiple site locations.
• 5 years: Distribution warehouse experience (previous cutting or carpentry experience preferred)
• 5 years: Warehouse/distribution supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a culture of high performance and employee engagement, inspiring and motivating internal talent.
• Manage regional operational initiatives and pilots across the region.
• Oversee change management and ensure sustainability of projects.
• Assist warehouse management with on-site visits and analysis of productivity measures.
• Provide guidance on policies, processes and customer service standards across locations.
• Expand skill set in technology and SAP to improve inter-department interactions.
