Job summary

Curbell is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to provide direction to warehouse management across multiple locations. This role focuses on planning plant operations, implementing initiatives, and driving regional process improvements for sustainable execution.

You will travel to Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, and Phoenix as needed. The position emphasizes leadership, change management, and data-driven performance improvements within a regional operations context.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership across multiple site locations.
• 5 years of distribution warehouse experience.
• 5 years of warehouse/distribution supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of regional operations and change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a culture of high performance and employee engagement across regional teams.
• Manage regional operational initiatives and pilots, guiding warehouse management.
• Oversee change management and ensure process improvement projects' sustainability.
• Support on-site operations with analysis of productivity and performance measures.
• Assist with policy execution and customer service standards; provide problem solving.
• Increase cross-department communication and influence using SAP.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
