Job summary

Curbell is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Boise, Idaho to lead regional distribution operations and drive performance improvements across multiple sites. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, 5 years in distribution with carpentry or cutting background preferred, and at least 1 year of leadership

Qualifications

• 5 years: Warehouse/distribution supervisory experience.
• 5 years: Distribution warehouse experience (previous cutting or carpentry experience preferred).
• 1 year: Leadership across multiple site locations.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, develop, and motivate internal talent; manage employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee regional operational initiatives and coach warehouse management toward strategic goals.
• Lead change management and process improvement projects within the region.
• Provide on-site support to warehouse management to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure policy and customer service standards are met across internal and external customers.
