Job summary

Curbell, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to direct warehouse management across multiple sites and travel to Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, and Phoenix.

The role focuses on planning operations, implementing initiatives, and driving process improvements to ensure consistent execution and sustainability in the region. The position requires leadership across multiple sites, strong change-management capabilities, and experience in warehouse/distribution operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year: Leadership across multiple site locations.
• 5 years: Distribution warehouse experience, prior cutting or carpentry experience preferred.
• 5 years: Warehouse/distribution supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a culture of high performance and employee engagement by inspiring, developing, and motivating internal talent.
• Manage regional operational initiatives, including ownership of company-wide strategic initiatives, pilots and rollouts within the region.
• Oversee change management and implementation of process improvement projects within the region.
• Provide assistance to warehouse management through on-site visitation and interaction with operational personnel.
