Job description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Overseeing the logistical operation of the warehouses including the following functions: receiving, product storage/inventory, assisting in installation load outs daily.
• Analyze inventory levels and support development of inventory optimization/lean warehouse practices.
• Implement best in class warehousing processes that drive operational efficiencies.
• Lead a safety culture throughout the department by supporting all safety initiatives.
• Ensure all assigned warehouses maintain Federal and local municipality regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOL, EEOC, etc.).
• Mentor local warehouse management team concerning specific organizational goals, strategies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Director of Production on overall Organizational Goals, establishing and driving specific installation KPI's while promoting a sustainable, trusting work environment.
• Undertake other special projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

• 5-7 years of related experience including people management.
• Demonstrate track record of relationship management and collaboration, team building, and organizational agility.
• Financial acumen with a full understand of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfillment.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence others at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data to provide meaningful conclusions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Valid driver license.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft outlook and excel.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
