Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is seeking a Canvasser to generate leads via door knocking and qualify prospects for the Sales Team. This role offers an independent work style within a supportive team and an opportunity to earn above-average income through uncapped bonuses.

What you’ll be doing | the role

The Canvasser is responsible for generating leads with prospective customers via door knocking. They are the initial touchpoint in the RbA process. Their goal is to diagnose window and door concerns with the goal of the visit being to generate a lead for our Sales Team. This is a rare opportunity to work independently in an upbeat team environment, learn sales from the best and earn an above-average income.

• Be adaptable to seasonal weather conditions
• Hours will vary due to seasonal changes and time changes
• May be asked to work weekends
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
• May need to navigate different types of terrain (ex. Stairs, sidewalks, hills)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. while walking up to 6 hours per day

• 1 year sales experience is preferred but not required
