Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Regional Rep Director for a remote role based in the Central US. The position focuses on achieving annual sales goals and expanding market share across the region, while determining training needs for Rep Sales Engineers.

The role requires deep VRV product knowledge, strong leadership, and collaboration with regional leadership to drive customer partnerships and ensure successful product adoption across VRV and FiT offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years VRF sales management in a technical, specification-driven environment.
• Experience managing $5M–$10M revenue budgets preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales budgets as defined by leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, contractors, trade bodies, local authorities and government organizations to build sales opportunities.
• Lead monthly VRV/FiT sales progress meetings.
• Serve as VRV technical expert and resource for the Rep salesforce.
• Coordinate with National Accounts Director and other teams to expand VRV opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and training on applications, installs, and commissioning.
