Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Regional Rep Director for the TN/MS market. The role focuses on achieving annual sales goals and expanding market share by directing training for Rep Sales Engineers and ensuring readiness to sell all Daikin product categories, especially VRV.

The position requires extensive VRF sales leadership experience, relationship development with key accounts, and collaboration with regional and national leadership to drive revenue growth.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years VRF sales management experience in a technical sales environment.
• Experience managing a revenue budget of $5M–$10M, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed regional sales budget with regional leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and contractors to build long-term sales opportunities.
• Lead VRV product training and demonstrations for Rep sales teams.
• Coordinate with National Accounts Director and Regional Sales Manager to expand VRV opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and updates to leadership.
