Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Regional Rep Director to drive VRF sales growth across the TN/MS market area. You will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, train Rep Sales Engineers, and execute plans to expand market share and product adoption.

The role requires a strong technical background in VRF/VRV solutions, leadership of regional teams, and collaboration with senior leadership to meet annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in VRF sales management or similar technical sales leadership.
• Experience managing revenue budgets in the multi-million range is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; mechanical focus preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed regional VRF sales targets and budgets defined by leadership.
• Develop and maintain key accounts, contractors, and trade partners within the region.
• Lead monthly sales reviews, trainings, and product updates for Rep teams.
• Be the VRF product expert and provide technical guidance to sales staff.
• Coordinate with National Accounts and other regions to expand opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership for strategy adjustments.
