Job summary

Shawgrass, part of Shaw Industries, is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the West region's sales strategy from Dallas. You will drive profitable growth, build strong customer and channel relationships, and guide a high-performing sales team across territories.

Extensive travel is required and a track record of B2B sales leadership is essential. You will coach Territory Managers, develop account plans, manage pipeline, and ensure disciplined execution in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight as needed.
• Proven ability to use CRM tools to manage relationships, activity and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a regional sales strategy aligned with Shawgrass objectives.
• Coach and develop Territory Managers to deliver growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitable sales and expand market share.
• Represent Shawgrass at customer meetings, events and industry engagements.
