Shawgrass West, part of Shaw Industries Ltd, seeks a Regional Vice President to lead the regional sales strategy and drive profitable growth across markets. You will coach Territory Managers, build strong customer relationships, and translate strategy into action in the increasingly competitive artificial turf market.

The role requires extensive travel and a proven track record in B2B sales leadership within the construction/landscape industry.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B sales.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or developing sales professionals preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional sales strategy aligned with Shawgrass objectives and market priorities.
• Coach Territory Managers to achieve targets and build a high-performing team.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, channels and applications to increase profitable sales.
• Manage regional budgets, resources, and account assignments to maximize growth.
• Represent Shawgrass in customer meetings, events, and industry engagements.
