Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience leading or developing sales professionals preferred.
• Ability to travel within the region.
• Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and pipeline management.
• Strong business judgment and execution speed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead regional sales strategy aligned with Shawgrass objectives.
• Coach and develop Territory Managers.
