The Lafayette Life Insurance Company is seeking a Regional Sales Vice President for the West Coast region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado). You will lead a broad group of General Agents, supervise productive partnerships, and drive profitable life and annuity sales across the territory.

Ideal candidates have proven life insurance expertise, strong agency-management skills, and a successful track record in regional leadership and GA recruitment.

• Proven significant experience in the life insurance business.
• Strong track record in agency management and regional leadership.
• Experience recruiting General Agents (GAs) and growing a regional book of business.

• Develops strong coordination with Internal Wholesaler to drive field activities.
• Promotes sale of Lafayette Life Insurance Company products with GA network.
• Provides orientation and training to GAs in the territory.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise in life insurance and annuity products.
