Job summary

Eagle Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company, is seeking a Regional Vice President to drive sales across the available product lineup with advisors in bank and broker-dealer firms in the MN, ND, SD, and Northern WI territory.

You will educate advisors on Eagle Life products, support their business initiatives, and partner with sales leadership to maximize territory performance while building brand visibility and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of related sales/wholesaling experience.
• Two years external annuity wholesaling experience preferred.
• Life & Health, FINRA 6 and/or 7 with 63 licenses preferred. Other professional designations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales across the product lineup with advisors in banks and broker dealers.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize territory sales and exceed goals.
• Educate advisors on Eagle Life products and assist with their business initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Forecast and manage territory resources and activities.
