Job summary

Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Regional Vice President for retirement sales in the Tampa, FL area. The RVP will drive market share through producer development, strategic plans, and proactive leadership with internal teams.

Expect significant travel and strong emphasis on relationship-building with financial professionals. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retirement wholesaling, FINRA licenses, and a proven track record in growing a Western Florida territory.

Qualifications

• 5 years of prior wholesaling experience in bank/wirehouse channels.
• FINRA 6/7, 63 and Life & Health licenses or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Follow the aligned business plan to achieve activity metrics and grow market share.
• Build and maintain relationships within Western Florida using a solid zone rotation.
• Conduct product, sales and market trainings for financial professionals and group meetings.
