Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Regional Vice President for Retirement Mid Markets, covering KY, NJ, NY, and WA with remote work and extensive travel. You will drive qualified retirement plan sales through financial intermediaries, build sponsor relationships, and lead a territory to meet aggressive growth targets.

You'll prospect, network with brokers and advisors, and run proactive marketing campaigns while managing a high-volume workload in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience in the retirement plan industry.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensing.
• Life & Health License required.
• Deep ERISA knowledge for retirement plans.
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients within and assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
• Develop a network of advisors, consultants and third party intermediaries.
• Develop plan sponsor relationships through direct meetings.
• Participate in proactive marketing campaigns.
• Manage a territory of target prospects.
