Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead retail operations across a regional portfolio. You will drive performance, engagement, and customer experience while aligning regional plans with enterprise strategy.

You’ll oversee a large, dispersed team, develop annual plans, manage P&L, and partner with field and corporate leaders to remove obstacles and accelerate growth. Occasional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience applying change management to implement strategic initiatives.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional strategy and align districts with enterprise goals.
• Direct annual and long-range business planning for a large region.
• Influence strategy by sharing market insights with senior leaders.
• Guide operational strategy and outcomes for a regional service center.
• Manage regional P&L and ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
• Lead a 500+ associate workforce to execute the regional strategy.
