Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a senior property management role.
• Ability to evaluate properties and capital expenditures.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to establish short- and long-term business plans for the communities in your region.
• Organize, supervise and control the planning process for communities and ensure operations meet targets.
• Manage budgeting and monitor variances; review monthly financial statements with managers.
• Mentor regional and community managers and oversee property performance and customer service.
• Represent the company to local and state governments and trade associations.
• Support acquisitions evaluation with preliminary income statements and budgets.
