Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. You will lead and support Regional Managers, ensure client satisfaction, and align with executive leadership to drive regional strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple properties, with 25-50% travel. Bachelor's preferred; CAM/CAPS/CPM a plus. This is a full-time, onsite leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience as Regional Manager in multifamily or student housing.
• Experience leading teams across multiple properties.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers by setting goals, guidance, and development.
• Build strong relationships with owners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day regional portfolio operations and financial performance.
• Develop budgets, review capital projects, and resolve issues.
• Communicate updates on performance, challenges, and progress.
• Travel up to 25–50% for property visits, conferences, and training.
