Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional VP - Operations to lead a large region, own EBITDA, and drive profit across a growing national home services business based in Oklahoma City.

You will oversee P&L, labor, materials, and supplier relationships, implement scalable operations, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives that boost efficiency and growth.

This leadership role offers a strong base salary with incentives and a clear path to expanding regional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations role within construction.
• Proven track record in managing P&L, cash flow, and profitability.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage P&L, cash flow, and profitability of the region.
• Oversee labor, productivity, and staff morale.
• Manage materials and inventory, minimizing waste and costs.
• Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with other regional VPs to drive operational excellence.
