talisman is seeking a senior sales leader to own and grow sales performance in the Florida market. This role is primarily sales focused, with potential expansion into operations and a broader General Manager scope for the right candidate.

You will build and coach a sales team, own regional strategy, forecasting, and key metrics while developing account strategies in priority verticals. Regular in-person travel within Florida is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing building automation, HVAC controls, or related technical sales business as a senior sales leader or director.
• Comfort owning outcomes, not just activity; P&L ownership or equivalent.
• Experience in energy efficiency, building automation, or related technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Build, hire, and coach a sales team and drive pipeline and revenue targets.
• Set regional sales strategy, own forecasting, and track key metrics like velocity, conversion, and deal size.
• Develop account strategies in key verticals and expand into markets not yet fully developed.
• Make pricing and deal-structuring decisions to protect margins while closing deals.
• Represent the business at industry events and with top accounts; align delivery with sales.
