Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a broad regional portfolio of airport locations. The role demands energetic leadership, ownership of numbers, and development of General Managers into leaders. Travel extensively to support locations and drive performance across the region.

Executive leadership requires strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and a proven ability to manage multiple teams and locations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive operations management experience, multi-unit or multi-location leadership.
• Car rental or related service industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns full operational and financial accountability for all locations within the region, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Provides strategic leadership to the region, ensuring efficiency and targets across locations.
• Trains, mentors, and manages General Managers across all locations.
• Sets regional operational strategy aligned with company goals.
• Reviews location goals in Service, Sales and Utilization to meet objectives.
• Maximizes revenue while controlling costs across the region.
• Leads HR management including recruiting, discipline, training, and performance reviews.
