Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-location US region, owning revenue, profitability, and customer experience across airports. You will recruit and mentor General Managers, set regional goals, collaborate with the USA Managing Director, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

This executive travels extensively to locations, aligns service and sales with corporate objectives, and shapes strategies to turn plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive operations management experience, including multi-unit leadership.
• Car rental or related service industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns full operational and financial accountability for all locations within the region.
• Provides strategic leadership to the region to achieve financial and sales targets.
• Trains, mentors, and manages General Managers across all locations.
• Sets regional operational strategy aligned with company goals.
• Reviews location-level goals in Service, Sales, and Utilization.
• Partners with the Managing Director, USA to confirm regional goals.
• Maximizes revenue while controlling costs across the region.
• Leads HR management including recruiting, discipline, training, and reviews.
• Travels extensively to support locations and drive performance.
