Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the regional operational strategy and execution across multiple offices. You will oversee processes, controls, service delivery, performance reporting, and team effectiveness to support growth and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Shared Services, risk management, and scalable solutions, while aligning with Relation’s broader business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in insurance operations with leadership of complex functions.
• Insurance brokerage experience required with strong regulatory understanding.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and drive accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes regional operational strategies aligned with Relation’s objectives and Shared Services priorities.
• Partners with regional Shared Services to implement risk management and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Leads and optimizes regional processes, controls, service delivery, and reporting to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Provides strategic direction across regional functions such as loss control, claims, client service, and policy administration.
• Partners with Finance to achieve regional financial and operational objectives.
• Establishes KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decisions and identify trends.
• Drives regional change initiatives and supports adoption of new processes and tools.
